Site Safety Plus (SSP)

The Site Safety Plus Scheme provides the building, civil engineering and allied industries with a framework for training and career development, for all levels of the workforce. The Site Safety Plus Scheme recognises a natural progression, from someone new to the industry through to those responsible for managing construction work.

Site Safety Plus offer courses that work towards the CSCS Labourers Card (Green Card) and to the progressive suite of courses that range from Operative level up to Supervisor and Senior Management level.

Site Safety Plus Certification

Upon successfully completing a Site Safety Plus course, you will be awarded a CITB Site Safety Plus certificate, valid for 5 years.

Please be aware that all delegates with certificates that have an expiry date of 1 January 2016 onwards, must attend the relevant refresher course prior to the end date of the certificate. Any delegates that do not attend prior to the end date of their certificate will risk their right to attend a refresher course and will be required to attend the full course.
