CDM - Construction (Design & Management) Awareness – CDM


The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, also known as CDM Regulations or CDM 2015, which came into force on 6 April 2015, are regulations governing the way construction projects of all sizes and types are planned.

It also places legal duties on those working in construction including:
• Clients
• CDM coordinators
• Designers
• Principal contractors
• Contractors
• Workers.

The CDM course in this section is aimed at any person who is involved in construction work who requires a clear understanding of their duties under the Construction Design and Management Regulations.

  • CDM Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, Guidance and Industry Best Practice
